We're looking for a bright, organised, customer-focused account executive to join our busy team.

You'll need a good grasp of business insurance basics for this one. If you're no stranger to professional indemnity, public liability, employers' liability, commercial property, directors' and officers' insurance and so on, all the better.

But that's only half the story.

You'll be dealing with a mix of customers, insurers, and the rest of the in-house team every day. It'll help if you're personable and diplomatic, of course, but you'll need to be confident too.

Our customers like how we do things: clarity over jargon; character over anonymity; action over talk. With our brand values in mind, your ability to communicate effectively will keep us one step ahead.

We're mostly digital, so it'll help if you're tech-savvy too. We're not after Zuckerberg part II, but you'll need to know your way around a keyboard.
